Been with Scotts and Tru Green for over ten years. The only thing that I have found is that they have technicians that are vested in your property, see areas of need and suggest corrections, and then there are technicians that spread fertilizer and move on to next job with no communication.

Tree &; shrub expert that comes out to treat the trees/shrubs are very knowledgeable and some are even arborists. I feel confident in TruGreen caring for my trees &; shrubs as well as my entire yard.

My horrible builder grade grass went from being laid during a hard frost and nearly being a lost cause to being the best looking lawn in the neighborhood. I even took it down to nothing mid summer to get the grass to thicken and push the roots to drive deeper and within a month once again had the richest green lawn.

I have been pleased with the service. Weed control is applied at the right times and fertilizer is done and instructions left about watering and such. Makes our life easier since we are not always able to do these things at the right times.

We've been using Trugreen for lawn and trees for 3 years. Generally speaking, things are fine and the products seem to work. I still see weeds sometimes and would hope there is none while using a service but that may be unrealistic. Certainly lawn is in better shape than with no service. Would like more information about the health, especially of our trees as they are all new.

The young man that provides our service is very dedicated to his work and is also very knowledgeable about what's best for our lawn. Very polite and provides a good explanation of what's happening with the lawn, etc.

I have been a customer for over 30 years and have consistently experienced excellent customer service and support. The technicians are well trained, knowledgeable and customer oriented. They are always informative about what kind of effects the yard is being treated for. Whenever I had application rescheduling instances due to changing city watering policies TruGreen has been very flexible and cooperative so that the yard could be treated shortly before watering day. Several years ago I had concern about new grass we had put in after losing a tree to a storm. I called TruGreen and a supervisor came out and inspected the area. He advised me on watering and over watering new grass and identified what chemical treatments would help. Then he scheduled a special application that helped the new grass to grow and flourish. I will continue as a Trugreen customer as long as I can afford the cost.

My yard is more weed free and healthier than it has been in years. The chemicals provided by Scott's work particularly well in my Raleigh Augustine yard, which is over taking my Common Bermuda lawn as hoped. The additional advice and updates from the service personnel are also helpful. The technicians have been conscientious in doing a consistently excellent job of application and in noticing the problems arising in the landscape. I appreciate the service as well as the conduct of the business from the office personnel.

The tree & shrub service man was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is the sole reason I switched from another service back to TruGreen is for the knowledge and help they provide compared to other companies..

We have a new lawn which had a lot of weeds to begin with. Towards the end of the summer/fall, it was doing and looking great. I can only think that the Trugreen treatments were the cause. I'm very pleased.
