Douglas Bronstad

Dr. Bronstad has been with the Animal Diagnostic Clinic since its inception in 1982. He obtained board certification following his residence in Internal Medicine at the University of Tennessee in 1982. He holds both Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Bachelor of Science degrees from Texas A & M University. He is Past-President and Past Senior board Member of the Dallas County Veterinary Medical Association as well as Past President of the Texas Academy of Veterinary Practice. .

Carrie Waters

We are happy to announce that Carrie B. Waters, DVM, PhD, DACVIM, has joined the staff at the Animal Diagnostic Clinic - Plano location. She is board certified in Small Animal Internal Medicine and has been trained to diagnose and treat disorders affecting the gastrointestinal, renal/urinary, hematologic, central nervous, endocrine and cardio-respiratory systems using the most state-of-the-art technology. Dr. Waters received her DVM from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, in 1990. She completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery and a residency in small animal internal medicine at Purdue University; she became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in 1994. Following her residency training, Dr. Waters completed a molecular biology post-doctoral fellowship and received her PhD in Physiology at the University of Missouri.
